There are TWO sets of passwords that you have to use. One is to extract the rar file. and another one is to open the excel sheet. 

Password for rar is in my another forum - u've to retrieve it from there

Password for excel is inside the folder, in the text file "Read Me"

Please note the Password to open rar--- azure999

Password for excel is --- zeitgeist7

but I  guess Scanner provide d same thing in Bird view .... I guess

so y need so much double passwrd protection ....

I don't know abt other things but one thing special about this file is you don't have to pay for it!!
