I have a query regarding selling on Online. I am exactly not aware of the Licences required to sell Used goods on Online. So my query is, exactly what are the Licences do I need to sell Used goods on Online such as - VAT + CST, Service Tax, Trade Licence etc. It would be of great help if you please let me know about the Licences required for selling on Online. Since you are engaged in selling of the goods therefore as per my opinion you do not need any service tax registration as far as selling of the goods is concerned. For other legislation I do not have idea therefore I cannot help

Actually, I want to do Trading of Used Goods on Online ( in ebay.in ) That's why I need to know about the required Licences such as - VAT + CST, Service Tax, Trade Licence etc. to do Trading of Used Goods on Online. If would be of great help if you can provide the accurate information regarding this matter.

Sellin gon line is a trading activity ,whether of old or new goods. Like any other shop trader you also have to take up registration,subject to your state rules.....MJK
