hi i am NIKITA LATHIYA
i want to apply new pan but i am little confuse that my husband name is RAJESH PRASHANTBHAI LATHIYA.
and my father name is KANUBHAI H.VEKARIYA.
I want to print in card PAYAL RAJESH LATHIYA. this do i ??

i have proof marriage certificate.i have also election card but in this my father name( PAYAL KANUBHAI VEKARIYA.)
so i get new pan card? please replies fast.

Fill the form according to your valid attachment......

Write "PAYAL RAJESH LATHIYA" you want to print on the card....

I did the same and i had no problem.....

U fill in the column UTI PAN CARD FORM

Last name fill in the ur name NIKITA LATHIYA. R

Your initial expansion First name column your Husband name :RAJESH PRASHANTBHAI LATHIYA.

your Father Name : VEKARIYA

Place an Advertisement in the Local and National Daily that post marriage you have changed your name from NIKITI to PAYAL RAJESH LATHIA. Then apply for PAN and attach cutting of add with documents of your original name. You would get PAN card in the desired name. But surprisingly the New name suggested by you does not contain your name, it is a combination of your Dad's name, Husband's name and surname. Where are you NIKITA and why you want to loose your own identitiy ?
