Indirect tax best book?

Bangar is best  BUT on exam day it will not be feasible to go through the whole book.

Thus my recommendation is Study IDT from Bangar for first time if u have sufficient time 
if not then go for Ajay jain.

Case laws (ICAI select cases book cost around Rs. 40)
no case will come outside these 40 pages
No need to run for ammendment booklets of money makers

Almost 100% Exam coverage from the Above
U may think that this material is very much vast.
BUT if u read them
it will take jst 2 days to go through on 1st revision & Learning Curve theory will apply on later revisions

ICAI cant go beyond its publications as only Metro students has vast exposure & reach to the highly updated material
but ICAI has to keep an eye for less prvileged students as well who cant afford such costly material.
ANY one can define the language written in them in his own words.
After all, OTHER persons' NOTES wont help you much as compared to your OWN Notes.

 

and above all please do the institute's case law book properly cuz its worth 35 marks and you hav to read only 40-45 pages for that which is in large fonts!!
