Tax on agricultural income of private limited company

Is agricultural income of a private limited company taxable whose main objective is of land development. i.e. a real estate company.

Agricultural income of a Private Limited Company is exempt from tax.

agree with richa. agricultural income as defined in section 2(1A) is exempt from tax u/s 10(1). Exemption can be claimed by any person.
What nonsense....... Agriculture income is taxable 30.9 to any company and firm. Income is exemp only for individual and huf provided certain condition specified there in. But company shoud have to pay tax at mmr.

for indivisual, HUF and AOP/BOI partial integartion of income is applicable
