If Employee repay the salary to Employer for short Notice Period compensation,
How to calculate the Income tax workings for that Compensation amount.
Compensation will reflect in Form 16
Kindly advice me.

It will be salary in lieu of profit all will be taxable and part of salary and taxable accordingly
