IN FIRST YEAR NO REASON REQUIRED BUT BEFORE FILLING 109 PRIOR PERMISSION IS REQUIRED

Agreed to both my friends but if you still want to give reaon you can say - " I cant travel much " or " I am shifting ".

1.Download Form 120 from website fill it up by you and in the colum of reason fill as annexure enclosed.

2.Annexure is nothing but your current employer in his letter head must certify that he(Employer) and u(Articles) with mutual consent terminating and he has no objection of joining articles by you elsewhere and want to mention that form 109 will be sent in due course.

3.Send 120 along with this annexure to secretary delhi.After 10-15days you get status of your application.After knowing the positive status send form 109 to the institute.Be in touch with your decentralised office  for that said 10-15days period with the article section in that office.

This is easy way to get termination which i done and got without any problem.

If he refuses to sign then reason must be as per guidelines given by institute.

no need of permision from icai for first year of article n also n0 need of form 120..send 109 only
