the dd for revaluation should be in favour of whom???n is one application sufficient for all papers or for each paper we hv to mke separate application for revaluation???

The DD... LOLZ..... 
.. No Apart from the Letter (which needs to be hand written) and the DD for the requisite amount, you dont need to submit anything else.... The Address for sending them is as follows:

Meenal u can go only for four papers altogether, because there is a limit, Per paper charge is 100 each
