My querry is : Who shouled submit the 'form IIIB' returnes for monthaly . I mean what is the criteria for periodic returns for Monthaly, Quarterly, Six monthaly in Maharashtra Professional Tax Act.

p.t. less than-5000- annually
p.t. between5000-20000- quarterly
p.t. more than 20000 monthly return
