TDS 194I applicbility arises only in case of rent of P&M.
here,since the plastic pallates is not a P&M, according to my opinion there is no need to deduct tax at source u/s 194I

dear aditya as i know rent has two aspects for tds deduction 1.land & building, & 2. p & m/c , equipment, furniture & fittings,
i am confused to catagorised the plastic pallate rent .....
please suggest as per law...
