Transfer/Termination of articles

I had completed 2 and a half years of my articleship and was terminated due to some medical grounds 3 months ago.

Now, i want to continue my CA again.

Can i re-register myself for the remaining period? If so, Then do i have to continue in the same firm? Will i get the credit of the articleship already served?

Please suggest!

you can re register

as your termination is 3 months long you can re  register with another principal

yes, you can start  your articalship with your old principal

if i dont want to continue with the old principal .. is it a problem?

i think ther is no problem for that

NO problem at all. . . . Join any firm and mentioned ur previous articleship period in form 103, and u will gets benifit of previous articleship. . . . i.e. Only reg. for balance period.

purani firm me articleship bhul kar bhi mat karna. badi mauj le li jayegi.

ok....................
