Hi friendz i wnated to know is there any change in TDS Rates for the F.Y 2011-12.

No.. there is no change in rate of TDS....
However, there is a change in due date of filling TDS return for the Qtr 4 (now this is May 31st) and due date for giving credit to CG form last qtr (now 30th April)....

NO, THERE IS NO CHANGE IN TDS RATES BUT CHANGE IN FILLING OF TDS RETURN OF 4TH QTR 15MAY INSTEAD OF 15 JUNE

"There is no changing in TDS for AY 2011-12 but a little bit changing in filling of TDS returns for 4 th QTR 31st may instead of 15 june."
