Hi Mr Hardik,

Certificate is not a big deal. it cam be takem from the instituition/bank from where the PL is taken.

And PL will be taken from Financial instituition/bank only.........from personal loan, i done mean to say from private sources it will be absolutely from Fin Inst/bank only.

Then i think it can be allowed right......
