A Private Limited Company has purchased three private Limited Companies. Can any one please tell me the procedure for it? What are the compliances to be done by a Company secretary in this case?

Enter into Business purchase agreement. Also make necessary entries in register of member and transfer.make entries in minutes book also. If change in directorship also file form 32.
