In GSTR-3B, the details of inter-State supplies made to unregistered persons, composition dealer and UIN holders need to be provided. UIN holders means Aadhar no. holder? For how much amount of sales, Aadhar of buyer is required in interstate supply?

UIN is Unique Identification Number. It is alloted to foreign entities like UN, WHO etc who does not have any GST registration in India. I don't think so you may have any sale/purchase with such entities.
