Gst registration is pan based .
address proof
utility bills in the firms name
current account

List of Documents depends on type of entity like company , partner's , trust , proprietorship etc

I mean apart from general documents , there specific documents like

for partnership : partnership deed
Company : COI , AOA , MOA

etc
