05/11/2007 to 04/04/2008,

Duration of Second Training is -
10/04/2008 to 09/05/2011

And My 3.5 Years Duration Going to be completed on 09/05/2011.

while submiting form No.108,
Is it required to Fill the details
of Both Of My Principles ?
Tell me The Procedure Of Filling Form 108 By two Principles.
U will just have to fill up the details of ur last employer in form 108.
As u would have already filled up the details of ur first employer in 109 while taking a transfer.
Duration Of First Training is -
05/11/2007 to 04/05/2011,

Duration of Second Training is -
10/04/2008 to 09/05/2011
How is it possible u joined ur 2nd firm in 2008 and continued in the first firm till 2011. Kindly check the duration mentioned by u it seems wrong.

what is the last date of submission of form 108???
form 108 should be submitted within 30 days from the completion date of articleship!
