Dear Nagarajan,
Many of the persons are facing this problem. Even I have to face the same situation many times. Sometimes I prefer to take help from my family, friends and colleagues. If the depression is of kind that you are not able to judge then put it on trust of God. He is the only one who can help you. And yes as Sweety Jain suggested you the steps, must follow them.
