Please let me for the below mentioned Reserved Matters do we need Shareholders approval required are not along with the sections.
1 Change of Company name
2 Change In share capital
3 Change in Directors
4 The appointment of new Directors
5 Change in the companies Articles of Association

7 To dispose of part of the business
