Depreciation rate as per Income Tax Act is 40% for Financial years commencing from 01.04.2017. Refer this link - https://www.incometaxindia.gov.in/charts%20%20tables/depreciation%20rates.htm
From FY 17-18 it is 40% and it is maximum
