Hey... wait the above rate is as per WDV method.. i mean, if its WDV, then 40%...
But, under SLM, the rate is 16.21%......

16.21% is for all Date Processing Machines as per companies Act.

printer is a peripheral device of computer which can not work on its own. so it should be treated and depreciated as and accordingly computer used to

.......It depends on nature of Business....
If printer is used in Manufacturing Process it would be considered Plant & Machinery...like in case of Printing Agency or News Paper Agency
otherwise it would be considered as component of Computer itself.........

What is the rate for printer as per IT act? is it 60 % or 10%?
