if the assessee has not careid on any business during 2005-2009.then claim depreciation for the assement year 2010-2011.
and will be the WDV as on 1.4.2009

As per income tax act he can claim dep.
GSTR 9 and 9C for FY 23-24 as amended by Notification 12/2024 dated 10th July 2024(with recording)
