Whi will charged the depreciation in case of finance lease and why?

SLM not followed but wdv method
I'm asking about who take the benefit of depreciation lessor or lessee not a method
lesser willvvatge depreciation and credit it to lessor whereas lessor have to take it as income and dr to lessee
But in this entry fixed assets amount will remain same because we not credit the assets
no it won't remain same in the books of lessor
