Hello Namrata,
Good Day to you !!
Please be advised that Depreciation is not kind of any charge. It's decrease in value of asset by constant use.
Hence to recover that loss & generate fund to meet future expenses, every organisation, firm set a side some amt of money from their profit.
Hope its clarify... incase of any doubt. Please let me know abt it.
