INC3 to INA1 movement would be conducted under "dealers invoice" after making entries in RG23D
INA1 will enter the invoice in RG23D on the strength of invoice received from INC3 and hence issue "cenvatable invoice" to next buyer after making entries in RG23D maintained by INA1
here both the INC3 and INA1 has to get registered as "dealer" under excise department,
excise registrations are maintained at location wise.
