under Rule 2 (viii), whether status of person is as a director or not is seen on the date of deposit received or as on 1-04-2014 ??

I have the same question as Ramesh Babu's...i.e., what are the examples of "any non-interest amounts received or held in trust" that is mentioned in the exclusions to the definition of deposits under the Companies acceptance of deposits rules 2014.
