Deployment allowance

        Employee works in hyderabad on behalf of his chennai company and expenses incurred from his own pockets in hyderabad for which company is repaying to him by showing  deployment and special allowances in his pay slip.so what is the taxability of these allowances in this situation?

Note: company has  branch office in chennai and he paid most of the expenses through net banking only
