Doing Contract Work in Government Department In MUnicipal Coporation they have decuted the GST 2% in Total Work of Rs.600000/- and in Corporation they have not deduted 2% GST and told the bill amount is below Rs.210000/- so we dont want to deduct GST From Department.
I want to know whether i want to pay GST For Rs,210000/- @ 12% or i can show the Amount Rs.210000/- as exempted turnoverr i have paid the Municipal Corporation Work GST amount in GSTR 3B
