I have paid the demand raised u/s 143(1) 3-4 days back. But still on site they are showing outstanding demand. What should i do? In pending action they are showing respond to demand. Is it required?

If the demand is correct and you have paid it then in my pending actions, select demand is correct
Check form 26AS for the credit of the tax paid by you. It might take a liltle while to update.
Wait for few more days..
It will get updated if you have paid it correct..
