Demand notice received from it for not filing 10e for arrear salary?
Sir,
As demand notice received for the arrear salary as claiming 89, but forget to fill up 10E.Please suggest what to do only filling 10E is sufficient or what.?

After filling 10E, make rectification request for reassessment.
Under Which section u received notice
If u received notice under section 143(1) u can rectify under section 154.
