Demand Notice for return filed under new scheme

I had filed ITR 4 under new scheme for AY 21-22.. In May I received a demand for an amount which is exactly the difference between amount calculated under old scheme and new scheme.
I had replied to the notice after 30 days with the issue but there is no further response from CPC.
Should I put a rectification request for the return?

10th Oct before filing return and on the same day I filed return and had also put the details of the same before return filing

So, forget about new regime. The form was required to be filled before 31.07.2021.

Now pay the tax difference...

IT is technical error.....& CPC will hardly bother....as your ITR is processed under old scheme rectification in new scheme will not be allowed......
I have in my case faced multiple technical errors for 21/22 AY...CPC did not solve & have ultimately approached my jurisdiction AO who has accepted to look into my issues due to such glitches
pl try approaching your jurisdiction AO.....may be his request to CPC to transfer matter to him to pass necessary orders......try requesting your AO
