There is a demand of Rs.1,000 for the assesment year 2022-23
now I am filing return for the AY 2023-24
For current Assessment year tax liability is nill
Could you please advise how to pay previous demand
Am I need to revise the return for the AY 2022-23
or will it possible to pay while filing current year return

Paying previous year's demand and filing nil tax return for current year are both independent events.
Don't mix them. File return as usual.
Check last year's intimation order, the link to pay the tax would have been given there.
