Demand after rectification

I had filed income tax return for ay 2020-21. Department issued refund excluded amount u/s 89 . I had raised rectification for this and after some time department refunded amount which were claimed u/s 89A  but in july month  income tax raise demand of rs 510/- please help me to understand this.
