Delivery challan wrt unregistered customers

We provide job work of painting on materials supplied by manufacturing units. Recently we received work from an unregistered person on a condition that we will collect material and after painting in our workplace we will return the same. In this case who must raise delivery challan. What documents to be accompanied with movement to and from our workplace
