Delisting means shares can not be traded in stock exchange from the date if was delisted.
In case of suspensation, trading in share is banned for a particular period which is specified also.

In case of Delisting, shares of the company can never be traded through stock exchange in future. In case of suspension, trading is restricted for a period. After suspesion of trading, it can be revoked after complying the requirement of the stock exchage.
