you can not delete Invoices after filing of GSTR-1.
But you can amend the same in next month/ quarter.

You Can't deleted if GSTR-1 Filled

Ok then.
Amend the invoices in next month/quarter by decreasing the invoice value and taxable value to zero amount.
You can not delete the invoices from portal.

It seems Now we can not effectively ammend invoice to have zero value, It asks to add item in case you make the amount value nil.

Being careless & by mistake I have filed the same invoice twice by changing the Invoice number. Now i have to pay excess tax unnecessarily while filing of GSTR 3B. How can i change it and save unnecessary Tax amount?
