If you're documents are satisfied by the AO then the process will take maximum 7days

Yes, its takes Approx 3 to 7 working days.
In recent time its takes more time due to lockdown situation, but now it's resume to normal.
From 01 August 2020 System auto approval within 3 working day will be resume, So, after that you will get your registration within 3 days.
