Definition of ORGANISATION

In books and Google definition of ORGANISATION is given as follows-Organisatiin is a group of individuals who comes together to achieve a common goal

Now the question is if  organisation is a group of individuals then why do we say organisation to a SOLEPROPRIWTORSHIP FIRM even it is run by ONLY ONE INDIVISUAL
