If your Turnover is upto 1.5 crores rupees and 75 lakhs rupees in specific category states then composition scheme is applicable. But educational institution might not apply for composition scheme
Service providers can register as composition dealer only if the turnover is upto 50 lakh. in that GST rate is 6%
