Normally this profile is responsible to acquire new sales from new and existing customers that incorporate the full range of banking products and service (funding or lending) to achieve personal target
 and to Develop and maintain relationship with customer and act as trusted source to give financial solution.

The position accountability and descripttion may differ from bank to bank.

RM in simple words wo makes new relationships and maintains the old one. Generally Banks allot few clients to each RM. Whole interection with those client is through or by RM's only. Normally Banks have seperate and additional privilage to those client. The client are normally HNI (High Networth Individuals).
