What is leased lines denation for FBT? For leased lines is it complusion to pay fixed amount or that can be as per the usage?

in big Cos., der r inter connected lines 2 talk within themselves..lik d case of intercom..dat r leased lines..n r excluded frm FBT..

any expenditure on leased telephone lines is exempted from FBT.
