The code of defect is mentioned in the letter, along with the solution. So, as per the suggestion given in the letter, rectify the defect, and reload the new X M L.file under section 139(9).

Hooray! My husband's defective return in response to filing under ITR 4 got processed and refund initiated. My auditor filled up all the details of P & L account and BS as required in the notice..
