DEFECTIVE RETURN A. Y 2020-21
Dear Experts, I filed itr 3 on dated 25 Aug 21. Dated 14 May 2021 DEFECTIVE return notice received. So I revised this ITR same Income on ITR 4 dated 16 May 2021. But by mistake dated 25 May 2021. Response submit fill P&L account and Balance sheet ITR 3 u/s 139(9) again. ITR NOT PROCESS YET. PLEASE SUGGEST. HOW TO CANCEL 25 MAY 2021 ITR 3

If you have complied with the requirement of the the ITR, need not worry for the date mentioned in it. The date for submission of ITR is considered when it was submitted; and not that of verification page.
