21 May 2018I have received notice from IT department under section 139(9) of error code 86. I am Fashion designer and filed ITR 4 in AY 2017-18 under section 44AD (presumtive income under 44AD). How to rectify ITR now?

WHAT RESPONSE?
They said in notice you have to filed ITR in normal case not in presumptive income. I read somewhere that in this kind of cases file ITR of professional in 44ADA. Is it right?.

Sir, I am trying to upload ITR 4 online but it after submiting it processing and after 15 minutes automatically sign out. XML File size is more than 13 MB XML file. What can i do now?
