I have recd notice u/s 139(9), that i haven't filled b part of balance sheet and profit and loss in itr form. So just for your information i dont have maintain books of accounts so i have filled gross receipts, gross profit and cash in hand, sundry debtors.

show net profit in schedule BP under 44 AD and generate X M L and submit the X M L in pending actions

But i have filled bp and pl details in no account case only..
