How can I regenerate notice under section 139(9) of the income tax act.
Hi Bhavik,
In case you have received a Notice as referred from CPC then there is no option under the portal to re-request the notice. However what you can do is, visit your jurisdictional AO and ask him to issue fresh notices when thecase is transferred to him.
