i am unable upload the rectified return since the portal is not activating.
the last date to file the return is 23 rd Sept. if I could not file it will be considered as not filed for AY 2020-21
Most probably there would be link to upload your response under 'For your action", under Tab: 'Pending Action' Sub-tab: Worklist...
