Default in filing annual return by company

Hi,

A person is a director in 2 private limited companies, both have defaulted in filing annual returns. Now one company wants to file annual returns. Can this company do the filing without the other company regularising the filing process as there is a director common to both companies.

Thanks

No

Both the companies needs to be regularised.

For filing of Annual accounts and annual return, there is no problem. But the Directors will not be able to add his digi signature for any other filings (othr than Annual Acs and Annual Return) becuase of their defaulted status.

Agree with Mr. SkDash.

Whether director can use dig sig for other purposes after filing of annual Accounts and Annual return of both defaulted companies.
