07 July 2010I want to know whether vat purchase can be treated as deemed sales? that is in some circumstances if vat tax is not paid by us or no input vat taken because of the seller is not registered person in sales tax department
what is the solution for input vat for the purchaser ? can he take it as a deemed sales? if so then at what percentage?

no absolutely not , a purchase can not be assumed as suffered tax in the hands of unregistered sdealer
