If i deemd export then i need to pay igst? if i have LUT OR BAOND.?

Yes you have pay IGST LUT is not applicable in case of deemed export
When EOU units supply admissible goods to DTA units, EOU units are required to pay applicable GST on such supply.
When EOU units supply admissible goods to DTA units, EOU units are required to pay applicable GST on such supply.
